Can't Login or Create an Account

Getting back to the forums after a too long hiatus,  as to be expected my old SPLASH id. and pw. no longer work.  I tried creating a new account and updating my registration info through the program but that didn't work…never got the followup email to tell me how to login.  I've tried contacting the site administrator a couple of times but haven't gotten a response.

 

So if anyone has a suggestion as to what to do next, it would be greatly appreciated.

AJ v10-12 / just upgraded to SP+ ...(actually I started with a DOS version, way back when the salesman came to your home to show you how to use it)

Try checking your email spam folder.

Thanks Gary…I did, but didn't recognize anything from SoftPlan or Splash.  Any idea of who or what I should be looking for correspondence from?

Issue resolved once I registered SP+
