There are times when I want to display the opening text instead of the Product code.  However it only give me the width.  While that it fine for interior doors I would like to have it display width and depth when it comes to windows or garage doors.  I don't necessarily want to create a new product with product code and use it that way as there may be just a one off window I need.

Is there a setting that I am missing somewhere or I am stuck with just adding custom text for these?

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but you can select to show both in the Opening Options

Mine are set as standard for width only for doors and width and height for windows. I don't believe you can specify the garage doors differently from the standard doors.

Yes.  That is it.  The garage doors do fall into the exterior section so it does work.  Thank you Keith.  And thank you Yvon for pointing me there. I can never remember why it is located under the dimension section.  I was looking under character setup and the material option section.  Thanks.
