I've created a symbol in SP from 3DS created in Sketchup and would like it to have the option of adding crown molding like SP cabinets. Any Ideas?

Not sure if you're still working on this, but you will need to save the SketchUp file as a 2014 version (I use the .skp format) and add it to the SoftPlan -> 3D -> 3D Symbols -> (cabinet face type library, e.g. Flat Panel - or create a new folder option).  Next you will need to 2d cabinet elevation drawing - I just drew a cabinet elevation for an existing cabinet that matches and modified it as necessary.  You are now ready to add the cabinet to the System Library cabinet faces.  Other than the SketchUp part, these steps are outlined in the Help section under Adding Cabinet Face Symbols to Libraries.  Once you've created you're new cabinet face, you can add crown molding to it like any other cabinet.
