We are a custom home builder that is looking for someone for overflow design work.
We are a small company and cannot keep up with the workload from time to time.
We typically do floor plans and a moderate level 3D in order to show the client the design intention and to get approval to move forward with the design path we are on.
We are looking for someone that could take the floor plans and complete the 2D elevations (North, South, East, & West).
Most of the time, elevations can be generated from the 3D model already done and will only require the normal "cleanup and modifications" that all 2D elevations require.
We are currently on v2016 and would need to keep the drawings in that format. We have access to v2018, but have not made the transition yet.
This is not a daily / steady feed of work, but rather a fill in project here and there as we cannot get to certain aspects of the design.
