Does anyone know if there is a way to get the I beams to adjust to the roof line?

Rick the I beam should adjust the same as any other beam.

Is there any roof section it is referencing that may be stopping it?

It could be another roof causing the problem.

This is a house that has been added on to multiple time and now we are adding another roof!

I'll try to use building options to remove any roofs that are possibly causing the problem.

Thanks!

You could select the Edit/Beam/Slope option and set the height of each end.
