Working with a builder that requires full size Arch D drawings. How can I provide a file to his commercial printer that will scale properly and print full size? I don't see any full size PDF outputs. A2 seems to be the max.

on the PDF Export Options dialogue

ARCH D is on my list, .. if you don't have it, ..

Use Custom Size and enter 36" width and 24"  height

Choose the Drawing Scale to suit

.. invariably, someone will have a simpler solution.

I don't have either of those options. When I right click on the plan set name, I get a very minimal widow with the heading Plan Set PDF Export, options of Pages to include, e-mail and DPI selection.  There is no page size options. Maybe I am in the wrong menu?

Plan set exports the PDF the size of the sheets you have set up I believe. If you right click on the plan set’s name then edit you can change the size of the sheet. I think what Douglas is showing is a way to export the drawing (not the plan set) as a pdf through the file review export as pdf.

As Heath pointed out, the PDF export of the planset, exports the entire planset on the sheet size you specified in the planset setup. If your planset is FULL ARCH D, the the PDF export is full ARCH D.

How was your planset setup?

Many thanks everyone for the helpful comments. It appears the person doing the printing wasn't familiar with the proper printer settings.  I took the PDF to Staples and they printed full size drawings properly scaled without any issues.  Still don't know why my PDF Export dialog box looks different but have sent that issue to tech-support. I also learned that if you open a PDF drawing in Adobe you can go to File>Properties and the page size is listed.
