I had the download link available on the installs webpage within 3 hours of having registered.

REgistered where?  I have no place to register.  I'm using 2018+

When you start Softplan, wait for the home screen to come up.  On the right hand side of the screen where the information about new content comes up, there should be section that talks about getting a pre-release version of 2020.  In that announcement it will say 'click here' to register. When you click on it you will be taken to a page on Softplan's website where you can register for the download.  Your download will be available from the 'Installs' section of the Softplan website.  When you are on their website, scroll to the very bottom of the page and you will see a row of links.  One of them will say 'Installs'.  If you click on that and then enter your key number all of the versions that are available to your key will be displayed for download.  After your key is verified the download will show up here.

Have fun!

This is a screenshot of my start screen this morning.  As a + subscriber I am feeling leftout.  Maybe I complained too much.

Not trying to be a wise guy, but did you scroll to the top of the screen?

The pre-release is avaliable to paid SoftPlan+ subscribers as opposed to those that recently purchased SoftPlan and had the SoftPlan+ subscription included at no additionial charge with the purchase.  When you subscribe to SoftPlan+ the pre-release will be avaliable.

So when working in the pre-release, does anyone use real projects or do you just create fake/new work? I feel it would be easier to kill two birds with one stone but don't want to get caught off guard.

Is anyone seeing the new 2020 pre-release forum?  I still do not have it in my login

Yes, there is quite a bit of activity on it.  As you can see from my above post, it is near the bottom of the forum list.

Make sure the key you downloaded 2020 on is the same as your login key.  (Not sure if you use multiple keys?)

I am curious what issues will arise as people work on full projects. I've found a few things that will keep me working on real stuff in 2018 for now.
