Is there a way to not the sub-fascia board show up when using auto stick frame on a roof plan?  I have a house that will be exposed rafters and I have to go back and delete the sub fascia and then extend all rafters the additional 1-1/2".  Kind of tedious.

Can't you just zero out the sub fascia?

It seems to me that no matter what you do that auto stick frame adds a 5½" deep fascia anyway ... It really shouldn't.

It's never been clear to me what a sub fascia is anyway. As far as I'm aware "we" only ever add fascia's - However, the roof parameters have sub fascia and fascia depths listed separately, but the sub-fascia setting doesn't appear do anything to the drawing. Does it only affect the material list?

It does affect the material list, at least it has in mine.  I tried making the the sub fascia a 0 or very small size but still didn't help

That's interesting Tom. We don't use sub-fascia's out west here, typically, so mine is set to 0 and it doesn't show. I am doing a series of cottages right now with exposed tails and no fascia and it shows that way just fine though the gutters can get a bit finicky.

Are you talking about material list or in 3D using the AutoStick Gary?  I have played around with the material list so much I might have added it back in

The 3D using auto frame. No idea about the material list though as I don't use it.
