I have a large project that has been revised many times. I have (right or wrong)in the past to change the configuration do a "save as" and then made the modifications. Now I can't get a roof to grip and my gut tells me there is junk in there from the previous drawings or something?? The project probably has close to 100 drawings which includes the elevations, crosses, worksheets etc. which I put in a separate file still in the project labeled "Dead Files" and give it a date.
I am about to create another project, and copy and paste the foundation, first, second and third floors and start with an empty project folder to see if it will help with roof grips.
Anyone experience something similar and if so (other than starting from scratch)is there a another way to make numerous revisions and not have a problem with the roof grips...if that is what it even is.
I can put a roof on a fresh drawing with no problem. Its this "worked over and over" project I am having trouble with.

Thanks as always,
Mike

I realized after I posted, I was in the 2020 forum. I don't know how to move it so I apologize.
