There needs to be a way to remove or mask*** unwanted lines generated in annotated elevations.

This can happen when two walls butt, tricky roof planes that are impossible to align, etc...

 

 

It's like SP needs to create a virtual line drawing that can be edited and regenerated when plan changes are made.

Could this be done with Layering or the New "Annotated Elevation Modes" (I made this up so cut me in $ (free SP for life))?

  • Generated drawing on bottom layer
  • Paint on the next layer above
  • Notes on the layer above that

*** If you use a mask it painting must ignore the mask and the line below the mask, so I don't think masking is SP's best solution.
