It would be nice if the interior of the window frames could be a different color than the exterior. Starting to use more colors for windows on the exterior but still want the interior to be white.

Edit the opening and turn on the Cladding option on the Miscellaneous tab. In 3D the surface will show up as 'Framing Exterior' and will allow you to assign a different color than the interior which will show as 'Framing'.

Very true...but if it worked with all the patio doors that would be great.

 

Take for example Andersen, FWH 3180S

John's question was about Opening Frames and that can be accomplished by turning on the Cladding Option.

 

A suggestion has been made to allow the two sides of a door to have different finishes.
