Navigation panel files system won't update.

I "save as" a drawing and the file is not recognized when trying to open.

Opened file and still not showing in Navigation panel

File system not updating.

 

To recreate:

• Save as a drawing
• Rename a drawing
• Look for them in Navigation panel
• Try to open it

I'm Having same issue when renaming files....  Started after latest patch update.

Yep. After last patch 2020.2.2.

I believe that you will only experience this if renaming or deleting from the navigation bar. The issue has been reported.
