Make sure the extraction options are extracting everything that you want.

On the window stack edit the window, and on the header tab, check "Exclude from Unit Openings"

Gary has the roof been framed with trusses etc? Roof will show up in 3D

but not in 3D frame unless actual framing members have been added.

Thanks for roof help. Still confused about stacked window. I don't see "exclude from unit opening"  What exactly does that do?

When the windows get close together they try to create a single unit - that trims as a single unit. It's that single unit that creates the space in the siding. Excluding the window from unit opening, means that it doesn't try to make a unit with adjacent windows, and therefore doesn't make a hole in the siding.

I believe it’s under the header tab
