note: you can create custom "beam end" "PROFILES" out of
lines and arcs and edit the "beam ends" as needed with
any one of your custom profiles.

note: the tension/compression ring in the center
is created with arcs and lines. and than use
edit / "form solid polygon" > edit and offset as needed
