Uploading of paper based plan doc into SoftPlan

Does SoftPlan allow you to upload printed drawings into its program?  If so what software should be used to scan the paper-based documents to get them in an electronic format that can be imported into SoftPlan?

You can import drawings, sketches, photos by going to the SoftPlan logo at the upper left of your screen and then go to IMPORT.
