Is it possible to have a wall tilting outwards from the base on the vertical axis?

Maybe,

-You could use profiles added to each side to create a sloping wall.

 

Or perhaps just use one profile that is a parallelogram.  

 

 The question would be if the walls and openings would cleanup correctly.

showing a raked wall > leaning out.

 

this was done with "one" profile and it's the only material.

 

 

play with doing it with more materials.

you get frame showing with more than one material.

you can get the inside with another material sloping

or

standing plumb (vertical) by not giving the inside material a profile.

 

when using all wall materials

put the profile on the outside "SIDING" material in the wall definition (at end of wall definition at far right side when editing).

the siding has to be the same "width" and "height" as the definition (VERY Important)

 

tip:  practice editing a wall / edit /   left click on "definition" (when the editing window appears

  and than "save as" and give it a "new NAME" 

this is where you put in your siding "profile" at far right side  for the new raked wall or any wall your changing and saving.
