Hi All,

I do drafting/estimating/sales at a small lumber yard. I think the area I could use the most improvement personally is organization/a more structured workflow. On some projects I work directly with the homeowner, others, I work with the contractor. Are there any apps you guys use to help remind of deadlines, track the progress of each project? Any input at all is appreciated.

Thanks,

Derk

I use Monday.com.

Lets me manage large and small projects.  We've also started using it WITH our contractor and homeowners.   Game changer!  I start a topic and have a chat-box discussion back n forth with the homeowner & contractor.   All of our conversations stay organized.  I post photos, pdf's, ect to track estimates and plans.  We can stay organized between the various employees here helping on the project. For example, I draw the house, then hand the customer off to our kitchen designer.  She posts everything on Monday and when done I can easily reference things when needed.

Can't say enough good things about it.

Good morning Derrick,  I took a look at the program and was wondering which templates do you find work for you?
