Kinda got a weird thing that keeps happening. I had place a toilet at a location that had to be moved. Like always I explode the symbol as to not print out solid on the drawing. He symbol was erased as I rearranged the bath area and a new one was put bak in. Now when I go to print the plan the previous toilet reappears on the printed drawing only not on the drawing in Softplan. I have searched all my layers I think but for the life of me can’t seem to be able to get rid of this symbol. Anyone had this before , any help sure appreciated.

It is probably the paint and not the toilet. When you explode it you may be left with lines and the paint that was there. You don’t need to explode the symbol you can just turn of the solid paint in the symbol so it doesn’t show. I am not at my pc now but I think this can be done under options/ visible items...

No need to explode your symbols.  Change the settings in system options for paint in symbols

Does anyone use PAINT IN SYMBOLS? and if so, what for?

I don't use it...not sure why I would ever need that, but I suspect there is a reason for it to be there

Paint in symbols is of no use to me.

I use it if I do colored room layouts...
