Can't open project file

I have an existing project I am trying to open and the only thing that comes up is the gray screen no files that I can open in the dialog box.

Try opening the project from the SoftPlan start page rather that the Windows file system.

Another issue could be the project file is corrupt. Try deleting the project file and copy the latest one in from the recovery folder.
