Material Editor ... pick Openings > Trapezoid window and uncheck glazing.

Thanks Keith!

In the original post, to lose the bottom unwanted sill, you mentioned "Make the "window" 1/8" deeper than the wall ..."

I just can't make that work.

Pleas elaborate.

If the bottom of the wall is at 10' for example have the bottom of the window offset 0.125" down from that at 9'-11.875" that should do it.

Bottom of wall is 0'-0".

Set Window -> Plan -> Offset to "Down" and .125".

No change.

Do you have exterior trim on the bottom?

Try Custom trim and add NONE and THROUGH for the bottom trim?

Exterior trim.. interior trim.. threshold... casing bead... bit of a soffit poking through...

It's not uncommon to uncertain what you're looking at in a model....

One tip to determine what that horizontal item is.. use the edit surface texture tool (the tool you would use to change its color or assign a texture).. the menu will tell you what the item is that your clicking on (such as trim, or threshold).. that might be the clue you need.. much better than using the edit item tool that will just identify the object (arched opening), but not what part of the object..
