I apologize if I missed the thread that covers this topic.  Any one know the steps that we use to create and space the vertical pieces to get this look?

On the exterior? I would think you could save-as and modify the B&B profile and adjust the width of the batton, and spacing. Or create a custom profile to use as siding.

If it's the half wall style on the interior, I think I would just use a 1x profile chair rail, and create a solid 1x vertically and just copy it around the room. Probably not the most efficient but, it would work.

WE have used 1" Deep Frameless Shaker Wall cabinets or finished cabinet back panels for Wanscot. Attatched is Shaker 24"

Wall Cabinet , 1" Deep x 36" High Offset to zero, copied and repeated 4 times on 10' wall. If desired look not available in "stock

door styles" you can create new wanscot style by creating a custom cabinet under the cabinet tab.
