How to bring a 3D Elevation into a 3D Symbol

Any help and reminders will be much appreciated as I've gone brain dead with this one due to, not drawing own symbols very much for years.

 

Have drawn this gate in 3D (Solid polygons).

Wizard ask file folder name, and then to name the Symbol. Which brings it into 2D.

Previous version could save an image to a folder.

How do I get the symbol to the Symbol Folder and in what format from Softplan 2020?

In the 3D window FILE > EXPORT ... I always use DWG format.

 

You have to save in the 3D > 3D SYMBOLS folder or a suitable SUB-FOLDER of it.
