Probably a simple answer to this question, I'm pretty new to Softplan. I've created my main floor drawing and the second floor, stacked them but the main floor keeps showing up as a basement in the textured 3D view. I can't get the main floor drawing on grade. Any help appreciated.

Open "setup options", usually on tool bar and uncheck auto horizon, and then recheck and maybe it will fix it's self.

Should you have drawin in a site plan property, you would maybe need another approach, but if not do the above, usually fixes it

or when you check auto horizon, sometimes you can check the box there and do something like 8' and select down.

It'll shake loose

Make sure you didn't inadvertently add a sill plate to your second floor.  Auto Horizon will reference the highest sill plate.
