Hello all,

Just curious if anyone has had weird dimension issues, I was checking over a plan and all of the 5 1/2", 3 1/2" etc. dimensions were showing up as 5", 3", you would edit the dimension and it was correct, but on the screen and printed it was getting rid of the 1/2", we closed and reopened the plan and it seemed to fix it.

Thanks

I've had this many times in the past, it has happened on earlier releases so not related to this patch...however the issue MUST be fixed. If i get structure in the wrong spot because of software issues.....i'll be screwed.

Hi Joseph,

We updated form 2018 (non +) to 2022+ and this was a new issue I haven't run into before, Thanks for the heads up!

Has anyone noticed when you move a dimension that it may or may not stay on the extension line?

Under Options, is Show Fractions 'On' (highlighted), or 'Off'  on the ribbon bar when this occurs?

The Show Fractions option will behave in the manner described and will only stay active for the current session. Once SoftPlan is closed and started again, the option will automatically be enabled to show the fractions again.

So have I. The dimension line stops short of the extension line, but the dimension value is still correct. I have to delete the dimension and place a new one.
