Have drawn a simple floorplan with exterior walls. When I put in the floor system, only a few walls will 'cover floor'.  All walls are exactly the same, height attributes, offsets etc yet some of the walls have the 'cover floor' grayed out.

Any suggestions?

what that means is your wall isn't situated properly at the edge of the floor system.

check where the outside of the good walls are in relationship to the outside

of the floor framing.  than MOVE the one wall that isn't covering the floor with it's

siding to same place as the good walls.

 

than do a CTRL+C (cleanup)  &  CTRL+S (save)

 

note: get in habit of the the cleanup and save with your keyboard.

soon it's become automatic.
