I at one point had used SP11. I have recently returned to using Softplan and purchased SP2016. My issue is that I need some of the .spy file that are in the archives but my new name and password is rejected by the archive site. Anyone have a solution for this?

I am assuming that you are talking about the old symbols download area and not the archives of the message forum?

I still remember my old username and password and can gain access.

Based on what I know, the username was your old key number - of course that was probably from the serial key and not a usb key.

 

The best thing to do would be just to request what symbol you are looking for and let a user upload a new one to this forum.

I am sure it would be an updated one anyway. Those in that old gallery, are just that, old.
