I've sketched out a floor plan and want to view it in 3D.

It doesn't show up.

1. layer is visible

2. Building Option is visible.

3. materials are visible.

4. Options are "Extract all"

5. in Definitions all things are visible.

6. opened other plans to see if they work, nope.

7. tried different rendering modes.

8. the floor plan is in the Model.

I did install Windows 11 recently.

Softplan 2020.

Thanks.

Are you asking how to show the 2D view of the floor plan in your 3D model?

You may have to update your graphic drivers in windows 11, but this is just a guess!

Where do I find the selection on use software or GPU for rendering option. I've seen it, but can't find it.

OK, so I've updated the Geforce driver and installed the latest version of 2022 (I'm a Softplan+ user and didn't know I could just go get 2022...).

The elevation renders but the 3D still doesn't.

I am still not sure what you are doing???

Did you open a 3D view?

Are you new to SoftPlan?

Is this a new issue?  Have you opened 3D views before.

This is where it would be helpful on here if people would list the computer system they have and how long they have been using SoftPlan.
