Using anyone created a 16' barn door out of 4  - 4' panels...two rights and two lefts w/ double tracks?  Without making the unit from scratch.

Sorry should have read "Has anyone.."   Two trains of thought collided.

I have not tried, and suspect the track may cause some issues. But you could try modifying an existing double sliding door, and add two more panels to see what happens.

Thanks Mark ...and many others for thinking out of the box, creating workarounds and sharing them.

 

Well its not perfect and a little tweaking still, but does represent what the customer wanted.  I took single barn doors > sized them (2-6' on the gable end and 4-5' on the front and made them rights and lefts) > built a wall in front of the actual wall (only on the front) > hid it and moved it back close to the actual wall.  I built the outer wall .50'' high and dropped it 12'' below grade and tweaked things from there.

Once you choose the file you have to click on “attach this file” I believe that’s what it says
