Hello All

Anyone know of an effective way to trim a dormer wall like say on a shed dormer to the roof below at the bottom and the dormer roof above? It seems somewhat challenging to get soft plan to clip the wall to the correct roof since the wall intersects two. Seems like there ought to be an option to select the roof you want to clip to or set top or bottom of wall to.

Here is a picture.... I am referring to any dormers, but these I have had a problem with in particular witch getting the wall clipped at the roof on the top and bottom. I hope this makes sense.

How are you adding the dormers. Are you using the add dormer feature on the roof plan, or drawing them separately?

In this case I used the add dormer feature. Best I could tell it worked really well.
