Hi - I'm having a house designed and the draftsman is using Softplan (checking on which version).  He's exported the design into DXF (small file) and DWG (large file) that I want to import into Visio.  However, Visio 2019 Professional says the file is corrupt or incorrectly formatted.

Are there settings in Softplan that may affect the exported file?
