I've had the 3Dconnexion Space Mouse for a year now and up until now it has worked perfectly with SoftPlan.  But recently it has not been working.  Any one else having issues?  I've downloaded the latest driver.

This should be the current driver, mine is working great still Win 10 pro 64 bit .  Maybe unplug it, remove the driver, reboot the PC then reinstall the driver.

Make sure you have the correct driver. For example, I use a SpaceNavigator, which is no longer supported by the latest drivers. It was last supported in version 10.7.4 but the latest version is 10.8.4 so I have to use an earlier driver. You can find the latest driver that supports your hardware by going to the driver archive and looking at the Release Notes for each version until your device is no longer supported then take the last one that supports it. Supported devices are listed in section 3.3 of the Release Notes.

Thank you both!  I do the current driver, but I will try removing it and adding it back per Joe's suggestion!

We checked and our 3DConnexion mouse seems to be working fine. If you can provide more information about how it is failing, that will help us to determine what the  issue is if the driver update doesn't fix the issue.
