Is there a way to create a 3d presentation using multiple drawings, for example a small housing development?

I used the neighborhood feature on a project several years ago....here is a link to my youtube channel and there are a few vids that I developed using this feature...https://m.youtube.co...0EC80-Fp2eGu5xw
It work ok, but was done a much slower computer and I need to reduce the overal textures....but it got the point across to the client.
