Does anyone else experience this crazy frieze board condition? Drives me nuts!

I've tried different combinations between the frieze board options (roof or wall) but it doesn't seem to matter. I wish to have a frieze under the gable AND a frieze at the top of the 2nd floor wall.

In the 2nd photo, it works on the lower gable/wall, but not for the upper gable.

Is banding the only workaround for this - I always have a hard time getting the banding to be perfectly straight...

Thanks for any advice on this!

Draw the banding on the plan ... NOT on the 3D

when using the "add frieze" in the roof function, yes I end up occasionally with crazy extended frieze boards like that.

Since 99.9% of the time I'm creating 2D elevations and using paint for my plan set sheets, I just fix them or draw them manually.

I have had a similar problem. I had a roof hole in the lower roof that was causing the problem.

Super annoying. Sometimes with multiple gables I get crazy anomalies. The gable frieze overlaps and does wierd stuff with the wall band frieze and overlaps the corners in a strange way.
