Good afternoon -

I've imported many symbols from 3D warehouse before today, but all of sudden SP is telling me that the SketchUp symbol must be saved as 2018 or earlier - and of course most symbol downloads on 3D warehouse only go back 3 versions, or 2019.

Is anyone else running into this lately?

I've exited SP, re-booted computer, re-opened SP, etc.  Still same issue.

SoftPlan 2022 users with SoftPlan+ subscriptions have support for Sketchup 2020 files.  Are you on SoftPlan+?

We have had trouble when trying to import the native Sketchup files so we have to save them as 2018 files which work fine but the the extra step of saving to a older version and are a tiny bit larger .  I asked SoftPlan Tech about this thinking I saw that up to 2021 was supported and they said up to Sketchup version 2020 file formats are supported (this might mean supported by SoftPlan+ users).  This is exactly what they said:

History:

Author Description Grant  ... Unfortunately we currently only import up to the 2020 version. You can download earlier formats on Google Warehouse or by going to File>Save>Save As in Sketchup. I will pass this along to the development team on your behalf.

Thanks, Todd.  Yes, I am on SP+.  and its worked in the past.  seems that (for me) its been since the last patch.  But windows and Chrome have also been updating a lot.  Something just isnt playing nice with the others.
