Ok so its day 4 of me having problems opening the program, submitting tickets & collaborating with another +users on projects. Please stop working on the servers during the weekday if that's whats going on. Very frustrated user!!!

I hate the idea of NOT saving everything locally. I use Softplan Cloud as a emergency backup. Nothing more.

trying to read a ticket right now and it locked up....again!! hopefully they review different scenarios after the big maintenance update.

Worked on a project all morning. Tried to open another project and Softplan went into spinning cursor mode as it couldn't connect to save the current file to the cloud. I had to use device manager to close SP. Luckily, I save everything locally and only use the cloud as a backup. Nonetheless...frustrating.
