I was wondering if anyone uses SoftPlan to generate a site plan for a subdivision prelim feasibility study?

I came across this little program and was thinking it might be a lot quicker to generate the lot information for the initial feasibility study using this program than using SoftPlan. ie. how many lots can I fit on to a certain piece of property?

Anyone with experience have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate your advice.

I did several subdivision designs with softplan when I was a builder and developer...just to see the feasibility of things before I bought land.
