SoftPlan has been upgrading our server hardware over the past two weeks. This maintenance is scheduled for the evenings and is posted on the start page of the SoftPlan application. Unfortunately, this process has resulted in some unanticipated connectivity outages during the day. We have been working diligently with our hosting provider to resolve any issues and restore the stability you have previously enjoyed.
If a connectivity outage should occur:
- You may experience slow startup times, but the program will eventually start. Please be patient.
- SoftPlan stores all of its drawing files locally before they are uploaded into the cloud. The files will be on your local system when you hit the save button.
- There is no risk of losing any saved work.
