A puzzle I can't figure out -

1) Draw a line with ortho on - line is correct at 90 deg. Draw walls etc, all go to the correct ortho.

2) Draw a dimension - click on start, drag dimension line out, it goes to 89.62 deg. Click ortho off and on, stll cannot get the dim line to 90 deg. Cannot find any setting which controls the dimension ortho.

This is only happening in my current project. Other projects behave correctly.

Any help out there?

Okay, that was really bizarre. If I drew a dimension on the right side of the house, the dim line was ortho. If I drew a dimension on the left side of the house, the dim line was off by .38 deg. The only angled line in that side of the drawing was a polygon edge which represented the lot line. This edge was at 89.62 deg. I adjusted that edge to 90 deg. the dim lines now go to an ortho angle.  Why this one line should make the dimension line go haywire makes no sense to me. I did find the cursor angle settings but that had no affect. Softplan at it's quirky best.
