Has anyone attempted to do an A-Frame Style building in Softplan?  Looking for ideas as to how to do plans with steep sidewalls. Here is what I am faced with

Sounds like fun!  I'd treat the sides as a roof rather then walls.

I think I would use a single "plate" as my bearing walls, typical wall for my gables, add my floor system and then frame the roof as you would typically. then fit to roof for the walls on the gables.

EDIT - Joe beat me to it  :)

Super Easy.  We used a short wall on the sides, the rest is all roof.
