I'm still pretty new to using Softplan and I can't seem to figure out how to stop my roof from dropping and clipping through my walls and beams, I've tried regenerating the roof profile but that doesn't seem to help so if anyone has any suggestions that I can try to fix this it would be much appreciated thanks in advance.

Sounds like a roof options issue, what’s your soffit drop? Are your walls and beams all offset the same? Best to provide a photo with your post.
