It would be nice in the Floor System Options (Floor System Alignment) to have the ability to align the floor system to the inside of the outermost bearing. This would allow the sheathing to be the outermost bearing with the floor system stopping at the inside of the sheathing.

John

BEARING is set in WALL DEFINITIONS and everything that sits under the wall or on top of the wall snaps to whatever IS bearing.  SP wall definition default is FRAMING BEARING.

Gary

I will use SHEATHING BEARING (my wall definition) for As Builts on a remodel/addition.  All new homes are FRAMING BEARING (SP default).

Early platform framing around here went> plate / rim joist / subfloor all flush with the foundation.  Walls were built on the deck>squared up on the floor> sheathed and wrapped then stood up with the wall sheathing also flush with the foundations.
