I am looking to add more window schedules to my plans and working on organizing the way i draw to help automate this. When i add a window schedule, i am having an issue streamlining the chart. If i have 2 3050dh windows with the EXACT same properties, it creates a separate line for each window. This should be the same line and same window ID, the quantity should be raised to "2".  Is there an easier way to do this other than editing the schedule every time?

My schedules have always done this automatically. Are you sure the windows are exactly the same?

Check your opening ids by editing a window and selecting the DISPLAY tab. Check if the opening id is same for the similar windows. If they aren't same, I believe they may display seperately on the schedule.

If this is the problem, to have them display similar IDs in the future, go to FILE > SYSTEM OPTIONS > OPENING ID LABELS and uncheck UNIQUE ID.

If this is the problem, to have them display similar IDs in the future, go to FILE > SYSTEM OPTIONS > OPENING ID LABELS and uncheck UNIQUE ID.

Thank you for this!  Even when I tried to manually change the Opening IDs to match on similar (i thought same) windows, I would still get the issue the OP noted.

I'll make this change, and hopefully my own issue will resolve then.

For Windows to be lumped together in the door and window schedule, the "Product Code" must be checked. If it is not checked, go to "Add Product Code" and add the window to you Opinings Library. All of the windows with the same "Product Code" will now be lumped together.
