Is it possible to edit the bottom of a gable end that is provided by the roof to match the pitch of a lower roof that is a different pitch. (See attached). I guess the only solution I know is to not have the gable end provided by the roof add a wall in that area that has the top and bottom pitched to match the different pitches. Seems like a lot of work to achieve some degree of accuracy!

Not 100% sure but think you'll need to create a wall, perhaps make a 1-1/2" thick custom wall to simulate a gable end truss.
