When I publish to web3d the image that comes up when it is sent to a client, is something between the clay mode and a textured mode. When I generate the image, I am checking the textures button in the Render Options Box. The textured view shows for about a second then switches to a clay textured mode that I have never seen before. See attached

John I am waiting for the web 3d to have a little more fine tuning before jumping in. In the interim I have been saving as video , uploading to YouTube and sharing the link with the customer.

So far that has worked for exterior views. Just sent this framing that customer requested, via You Tube link. https://youtu.be/gXusT4E8bzE

Make sure you don't have monochrome checked on export.
