Can someone tell me how to close in the end of a wall?  I have a house with a porch on the end enclosed with 3 walls.  The two walls at the end of the house have their ends just open and I'd like siding there.  So far I have fudged by putting posts at the ends.

Thankyou,

Kathy

Not sure what you are looking for but…

Have you tried adjusting the wall join distance?

I tried adjusting the the wall join distance now.  And it didn't make any difference.  The end of the wall still shows an unfinished edge.  I can look all the way into the wall.

Thanks,

Kathy

Use a solid at the end of the wall, you’ll need to adjust size and offset ,then match texture in 3D

but I’m thinking your post idea may be quicker. Lol

Therefore Product Suggestion:  Walls auto close at an open end.  Use exterior wall material.  Note that interior walls have an exterior & interior.  :)

It would be nice if we could select the end of the wall and treat it like the end of a railing or fence and choose the finish and how trim wraps it, etc. Like- wrap with interior finish, wrap with exterior finish, wrap half each, wrap trim around end. Same with arch openings as they tend to not allow trim to go through even when they are intended to be drywall wrapped.
