on some of our plans the window schedule is quite long.  would like to know if there would be a way to scale the elevations down to 1/2 so that the schedule doesn't take up so much space.

put the schedule on its own drawing and when you add it to the planset you can move and resize it to fit your needs.

or, if a live schedule, put that same drawing on the planset twice and crop it. One crop for the elevations, one for the schedule. Then resize/ move as you like.

A quick and dirty way is to explode the schedule, block move the elevations, edit > adjust size to what ever you like, edit>adjust size of the schedule, block move the elevations back and kiss live schedule good bye.
