How do you draw bigfoot deck footings since sonotubes are no longer code

Sona Tubes No Longer Code ? Attached are BF28 drawn with a few lines and copy paste as need on 2D elevations

From my reading of code you can't use sonotube without a footing below

You never could use a sono tube without a footing below.  Unless the sono tube was the same surface area of the required footing

I'm going to have to disagree Sam. I've done plenty of decks with sonotubes 2x size of post and had all of them pass inspection

you'll have to provide a code reference for that so I can read it.  I've never had an engineer spec less than 24 x 24 footing under a deck column

I drew a 24 inch bigfoot very close to scale.  If anyone knows how to share a symbol - i would be more than happy to send it to you.
