If you form a hole in a floor construction you are left with an exposed edge when viewed in 3D - how do you trim this?

Edit the hole and select "Add Drywall".

In order for drywall to fully cover, you must have the floor joists (all framing) in place. If you don't get the results you want, you can also use a solid cube, polygon, or drywall only wall or some other option to fill it in. I find sometimes the "add drywall" does not align the way it would actually be constructed.
