I’m using SP 2012 and would like to have my drawing at 1/4” scale printed at Staples.
Selected  “ Microsoft Print to PDF “  1/4” scale,  Position Print Window .

The largest paper size offered in my properties tab is A3, which is not large enough when selecting 1/4” scale and positioning the print window. Pretty sure Yrs. ago I was able to get around this but struggling to figure it out again. Any help would be most appreciated!

Download a pdf printer that has more paper sizes available. The free version of Cute Pdf works well. CutePDF - Convert to PDF for free, Free PDF Utilities, Edit PDF easily. After you install it, it will show up in your printer list allowing you to create pdfs with pretty much whatever paper size you need.

Done ! Worked perfectly ….. all the sizes one should ever need.
You  jogged my memory as well.  I think on my previous computer I had downloaded Adobe to achieve the same end results.
