I am trying to generate 3d terrain;contours from Google earth to my site drawing in softplan. I have geo place point in Google earth and transferred that and the coordinates to my sun options in softplan. My property lines form a solid polygon( using surveyor coodintes). However when I do the last step which is to right click my site polygon: the option to import Google maps site data never comes up!!! Can anyone help. I've been stalled on this since this past Friday.
Thanks
C. Davis

Sounds like you're following the right steps.  The only thing I wonder is if you're on SP+ and if that's a requirement.  I use this all the time and followed the steps you mentioned and it works every time

Maybe that's it. I didn't know that it required softan +. I mistakenly thought it was part of the Softplan 2020 software, without having to subscribe to softplan plus. If that is a requirement then I will subscribe to softplan +.
Anyone able to do it without softplan +???

Thanks for the quick reply.
